Bug Reports

If you encounter an error and are using the latest version of our software, please fill out this form. The more you can tell us about the circumstances leading up to the bug, the better our chances of finding and fixing it. Please include the data and model you were using if it is relevant. Thank you for helping improve our software.

The QSF (QuB session file) is saved in the same folder, with the same name as the data file. It has a record of formatting options, idealization, baseline, etc.

The profile_log.txt file is created by QuB 1.4.0.49 and newer. It contains most of the settings from the various dialogs. Please send this file if it exists, so we can duplicate your situation as exactly as possible.
