Baseline attempts to track baseline drift in a data file, adding baseline nodes as needed. Neither the "Adaptive window" or "Linear segments" algorithms have been very successful. We recommend correcting simple drift manually. You can also try Modeling:Idl/Base, which simultaneously tracks baseline drift and idealizes single-channel or staircase data.
